By accessing and using the My Dear Maid website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
My Dear Maid provides professional home and office cleaning services across select cities in India. Services include but are not limited to deep cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, sofa cleaning, regular cleaning, and Airbnb turnover cleaning.
3. Booking & Cancellation
- All bookings are subject to availability in your service area.
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
- My Dear Maid reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on property size, location, and add-ons selected.
- Payment can be made online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or in cash/UPI at the time of service.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Promotional offers and coupons are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5. Service Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost or provide an appropriate resolution.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address and contact information during booking.
- Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning team arrives.
- Provide access to water and electricity as needed for the service.
7. Liability
While we take utmost care during service delivery, My Dear Maid's liability for any damage during cleaning is limited to the cost of the service booked. We maintain insurance coverage for our cleaning operations. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting evidence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and branding on this website are the property of My Dear Maid. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
My Dear Maid reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
